While workshops are necessary, putting new knowledge into practice can sometimes be a challenge. Coaching has been proven to increase retention and application in ways that will far exceed any group program. This is why serious atheletes, political figures, executives, and even serious students have mentors and coaches. Simply put, it works.

The Experience

The mentor program takes learning to the next level through a 6 month (minimum) program with unlimited access to me by phone, email, cell phone, etc. Depending on your goals and work style, choose from a highly structured weekly set meeting, or ad hoc meetings and communication as needed. Over the past six years of coaching, I've had people who contact me daily, some who have met me for dinner while traveling, and others who work by weekly meetings. It's up to you and what works best to help you achieve your vision. Some of the objectives we've worked on include:

Structured Program (Limited availability):This program provides intensive accountabilty, planning, goal setting, and follow-up. We'll meet weekly on an agreed up on schedule for 30 minutes. This provides a reset point each week, keeping us focused and on goal. If you're looking to take your business to the next level, this program will do it.

Unstructured Program: For those who are self starters, looking for ad hoc input on building the business, this program provides "Any-time access" to me as you need it. It will be up to you to contact me and keep me informed of your progress. As you work with me, I'll provide a sounding board with input and ideas to help you move your projects forward.
