The Goal
While workshops great vision and motivation, putting new knowledge into practice can sometimes be a challenge. Coaching has been proven to increase retention and application in ways that will far exceed any group program. This is why serious athletes, political figures, executives, and even serious students have mentors and coaches. Simply put, it works. Because having a one-on-one mentor can be expensive, this program provides ongoing learning to remind and reinforce workshop attendees of the key principles they've learned. This workshop can also be added onto demand generation events to maximize the effectiveness of the follow up plan.
The Experience
The 30/60/90 day program takes workshops and events to the next level through a 3 month follow-up process with unlimited access to me by phone, email, cell phone, etc. Following a workshop, we establish monthly status meeting to address sales obstacles, strategize on accounts, as well as reinforce key points from the workshop. Follow demand generation events we use this time to track our progress, maneuver around blockers, and collaborate on opportunities. The program is open to all class or workshop participants and may include:
